In order to provide you with the best possible online shopping experience, you can email us for the reason of return, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase.
· You can return your order upon receipt of the products in 7 days.
· You can submit a request to our customer service team at customerservice@askuksa.shop.
· Products must be packed and returned in the original condition and packaging including all tags attached and label, and free gifts associated to the order. We reserve the right to deduct the cost if any is missing.
· The following items cannot be refunded:
- Products that have been received exceeding 7 days
- Products without the original packaging including belly bands, gift boxes, labels, price tags
- Any used, washed and repaired products
- Products not sold through our official website
· If the returned goods does not meet the above return conditions, we will contact you and send the goods back to you at your cost.
· If the return meets the above return conditions after our inspection, we will contact you for the refund amount. The initial shipping and related fee, including but not limited to all duties and taxes, are non-refundable under any circumstances.
· There is HK$50 handling fee for every return order. It will be deducted from the refund value.
· We will credit your original form of payment in 14 days.
· If you paid in currency other than HKD, there might be difference in refund, which is caused by exchange rate. As this is out of our control, kindly refer to your issuing bank for more details.
